Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MYO mobile applications (bundle ID com.mesh.myo), related services, and the website at keepmyo.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using MYO, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use MYO. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
MYO may include features such as:
- Protein floor and macro tracking
- Meal logging (manual, recent foods, AI-assisted estimates from text/photos)
- Protocol / peptide dose logging and educational companion chat
- Pantry inventory and fridge/pantry photo snaps
- Reminders, referrals, and optional subscriptions
Features may change, and some capabilities may be limited during beta, TestFlight, or early access.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information where requested. Notify us at support@keepmyo.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account in Settings; deletion is permanent for data we control as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting MYO does not cancel an Apple subscription; you must manage it through your Apple Account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use MYO for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
- Upload content you do not have rights to, or that is harmful or abusive
- Misrepresent MYO outputs as professional medical advice
- Use AI features to generate or seek instructions for illegal activity
5. Educational peptide & GLP-1 content
Information about peptides, GLP-1-related compounds, stacks, dose ranges, reconstitution, vendors, or pricing is for education and personal tracking context only. Many research peptides are not approved for human use. Vendor or pricing references (including third-party sites) are not endorsements of purchase for human consumption and are not affiliations. Product names such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound® and others are trademarks of their owners; MYO is not affiliated with those manufacturers.
6. AI estimates
AI meal estimates and assistant answers can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and editing values before relying on them for personal logs. MYO sends content to OpenAI or xAI only when you choose the corresponding AI feature; the applicable manual, non-AI path remains available.
7. Subscriptions and payments
MYO’s initial monetized release is for iOS. Payment is processed by Apple under its terms, while RevenueCat
validates subscription status and MYO access. The current iOS plans are $9.99 per month
(myo_monthly) and $39.99 per year (myo_yearly). Eligible new annual
subscribers receive a three-day introductory trial; the monthly plan does not include that trial. Prices, taxes,
currency, availability, and eligibility shown by Apple at checkout control.
Trials and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable period ends. Renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes are handled through the applicable Apple Account settings, except where required otherwise by law. See Apple’s instructions for managing subscriptions.
A MYO referral benefit or typed promotional code may grant access to MYO under the specific terms presented in the app. It is not an Apple App Store offer code, does not reduce an Apple checkout price, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may be limited to one redemption per MYO account. We may decline, disable, or reverse access obtained through misuse, fraud, or an error.
8. Intellectual property
MYO, the keepmyo.com site, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to host and process it solely to operate and improve the Service.
9. Third-party services
The Service may integrate Firebase and Google Cloud, RevenueCat, OpenAI, xAI, Apple Health, Apple Push Notification service, Firebase Cloud Messaging, sign-in providers, and the Apple App Store. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or products (including external peptide vendors linked for educational shopping context).
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that estimates, logs, or educational content are accurate, complete, or suitable for any medical purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using MYO and delete your account at any time.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version will be posted at https://keepmyo.com/terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
